1. About this policy

This policy explains how Taxzentic processes information when you visit taxzentic.com and use its calculators, reference tools, articles, and AI-assisted GST notice drafting feature. Taxzentic is an independent website and is not a government service.

2. Information processed by our tools

Calculators and file tools

Many calculators and file utilities perform their calculations or process selected files in your browser. Some pages load third-party JavaScript libraries, and some features make network requests to retrieve data or provide a requested service. Check the relevant tool page for its scope and instructions; do not assume every feature is offline or entirely local.

AI-assisted GST notice reply drafting

If you choose to generate an AI draft, the notice fields you submit—such as notice type and reference, dates, tax period, demand amount, jurisdiction, discrepancy, taxpayer name and GSTIN, selected document descriptions, and optional context—are sent over HTTPS to our Cloudflare Pages function and forwarded to Groq to produce the draft. Do not include information you do not want processed by these providers. The feature is optional; the page also provides a non-AI template.

Our function uses the request IP address supplied by Cloudflare for an in-memory rate limit. The function code does not save submitted notice fields to a database. Cloudflare may process request and security information under its own policies. Groq's current documentation says inference inputs and outputs are not retained by default, while limited logs may be retained temporarily for reliability and abuse prevention. Provider practices can change; see Groq's data use documentation.

Contact messages

The contact form opens your email application to send a message to us; it does not submit the message to a Taxzentic web form endpoint. If you send us an email, we receive the information and contact details you include so we can respond and handle the request.

3. Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics 4 is optional and is loaded only after you select “Allow analytics.” If allowed, Google may set analytics cookies, including cookies with names beginning _ga, and receive usage information such as pages visited and browser or device details. See Google's Privacy Policy.

You can reject analytics when the preference panel appears, or reopen it at any time with the “Cookie preferences” control in the footer. Rejecting analytics prevents the site from loading the Google Analytics tag. If you withdraw after allowing it, the site disables further analytics collection and attempts to remove Google Analytics cookies from this browser.

We store your analytics choice in browser local storage under taxzentic-analytics-consent. The site also stores your display theme preference under theme. These settings are held in your browser, not used to identify you across other sites.

Cloudflare provides content delivery and security services and may process technical request data, including IP addresses, under its own privacy and retention practices. Some content pages also include a Google AdSense script, separate from the optional Google Analytics tag. The analytics choice above does not control this advertising script or provide consent for advertising.

Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve, measure, and limit ads, including personalized ads where applicable. Users can manage Google's personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center and read Google's AdSense cookie guidance. Where Google's consent rules require it, advertising needs a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB TCF. The analytics preference on this site is separate from advertising consent.

4. How we use information

Information is used to provide a tool or draft you request, respond to messages, protect service availability, limit automated abuse, understand site usage when analytics is allowed, and maintain the website. We do not sell submitted tax information.

5. Third-party links and services

Pages may link to government portals and other external websites. Their content and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. Review their policies before submitting information to them.

6. Security

Requests to Taxzentic features that transmit information use HTTPS. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid submitting sensitive information unless it is needed for the feature you chose.

7. Children

Taxzentic is intended for businesses, taxpayers, and tax professionals, and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review the request.

8. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when our practices or services change. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
